Martin Chramosta

His professional interests lie primarily in constitutional law and human rights, with an overlap into public international law, legal history, and criminal law. He developed his interest in organic constitutional law through an internship in the Senate, which allowed him to gain insight into the functioning of constitutional institutions and the legislative process.
He participated in the SVOČ competition in the constitutional law category with his paper “Freedom of Enterprise in the Context of the Right to a Healthy Environment through the Lens of CJEU and ECHR Case Law.”
He has experience participating in human rights moot courts and continues this work as a coach for the International High School Moot Court, where he helps high school students develop legal argumentation, analysis, and oral presentation skills.
