Professionally, she worked at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where she provided legal support in the areas of civil service and labor law with implications for the entire ministry. Her responsibilities also included serving as secretary to the disciplinary committee. She has long been involved in international family law matters at the Office for International Legal Protection of Children, including complex custody cases with cross-border elements and mediation. She also gained experience as an in-house counsel at Contipro a.s., where she participated in international contracting and provided comprehensive legal advice.

In addition to her legal practice, she is active in publishing and has long combined precise legal analysis with practical and effective solutions.

Education

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University and completed her rigorous examination at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University, where she earned her JUDr. degree. She has been practicing law since 2022. In her practice, she draws on her experience in the legal profession, public administration, and the corporate sector.
